After their parents died Amiboshi, being the older twin, cared
for and raised Suboshi. Unlike his brother, Amiboshi often thinks
things through and learns from his experiences. Having lost is
parents to war, Amiboshi hungers for peace and wishes to see an
end of the Suzaku/Seiryuu conflict come quickly and easily. For a
time, Amiboshi posed as Chiriko, a Suzaku Seishi. He learned that
the Suzaku Seishi were not his enemy, but rather very nice
people. This revelation often causes a problem of loyalty for
him, as he seeks to protect Suzaku no Miko, Miaka, from those who
wish to harm her.
