Yuta has lived for centuries traveling throughout Japan, not daring to stay in one place for too long, searching...searching for a cure for the immortality gained by partaking in the curse of the mermaid's flesh.....
One day he meets an old woman who tells him that to become mortal he must seek out a mermaid.
And so Yuta's quest begins. It leads him to danger, to heartbreak, and, strangely enough, to Love. For in his travels Yuta meets another immortal - a girl named Mana. Together they travel through Japan seeking to once more become human.
