How To Trigger: You must have completed the Escad &
Deana events(ending with Heaven's Gate) and you must have placed
18 lands on your map. You will walk outside and see three
Sproutlings talking to Li'l Cactus.
Here's What To Do: Go inside your house and save,
perhaps grab a partner. Walk outside and follow the trail of
leaves to the workshops. Enter the workshop and witness a
conversation between Belle and Nunzac. Leave and speak with
Pokiehl(he's outside). When Pokiehl asks if you would like to
listen to the conversation say, "Yes" and go inside
with him. After Pokiehl leaves talk to Nunzac to go inside the
"dream." Wander around and you will find a Sproutling
passed out on the floor(this is the "Will to Trust"
area) Speak to the Sproutling and he will give you the Sword of
Mana artifact. The event is now complete.
Event Name: Cosmo
Event Locations: Home, Mekiv Caverns
Required Partner: Elazul
Boss: Jewel Beast
How To Trigger: After completing "The Lucky
Clover" event speak with Elazul(exiting and re-entering the
room if need be) until he asks about Pearl. Tell him she hasn't
arrived yet. He'll get out of bed and run downstairs. Go outside
and talk to him. He'll ask you to help him look for Pearl.
Here's What To Do: When you enter the world map a letter
will fly around, eventually landing at Mekiv Caverns. Enter the
Caverns and speak to the smoking Mad Mallard near the entrance.
Follow his directions(he tells you to go to the upper right)
Continue right until you meet a strange looking little man. He is
The King of Jewels. Follow his directions to find Sandra and
Pearl. Sandra attacks Elazul, damaging his core. Angry at this,
Pearl transforms into Black Pearl. Sandra summons the Jewel
Beast. With Black Pearl on your side it's an easy victory. Sandra
will vanish, but the King of Jewels is still there. Talk to him
and he will send you and Elazul home, finishing the event.
Event Name: Daddy's Broom
Event Locations: Home, Junkyard
Required Partner: Bud
Boss: Gremlin
How To Trigger: Junkyard must be on the map. After
completing 18 events or so(and recording them with Li'l Cactus)
you'll come home and discover he's missing and Lisa is in tears!
Talk to Bud and Lisa to trigger the event.
Here's What To Do: When he returns home talk to Li'l
Cactus(who is being a Li'l brat!) and you'll learn that he took
Lisa's broom to the Junkyard. Grab Bud and head for the
Junkyard(Lisa's already on her way) Talk to one of the toys near
the entrance and he will tell you the path: teddy bear, doll,
jack-in-the-box, rocking horse. Follow the path to the Heap of
Trash. Fight the Gremlin and get back Lisa's broom(now
broken....) Bud offers to fix it for Lisa and the event ends.
Event Name: Enchanted
Instruments 101
Event Locations: Home, Domina
Required Partner: None

How To Trigger: Head for the workshops behind your
house(sometime after completing the "Monster Corral"
event) and speak to the student from Geo in the doorway.
Here's What To Do: After speaking with the student he'll
take you to the field near Domina(where you caught your monster
egg) and give you some instruments. He then instructs you on
their use. You will enthrall the spirit and get some coins. The
student will trade you some Wisp coins and leave, ending the
event.
Event Name: Golem Go Make 'Em
Event Locations: Home
Required Partner: None
Boss: None
How To Trigger: After completing "Professors Bomb's
Lab" Professor Bomb will be at your workshop. Talk to him to
trigger this event.
Here's What To Do: Talk to Professor Bomb. He'll tell
you about Golem's and give you a short quiz(don't worry about
failing - you're given as many chances as you need) When he's
done lecturing the event is complete.
Event Name: Li'l Cactus
Event Locations: Home, Domina, Luon Highway, Jungle,
Geo, SS Buccaneer
Required Partner: None
Boss: None
How To Trigger: You must have at least 8 events recorded
in the Cactus Diaries, the SS Buccaneer must be in place, and you
must have entered Geo.
Here's What To Do: You come home and find Bud sick. Talk
to Bud and Lisa, then head over to Domina and speak with Meimei,
the Fortune Teller. Meimei divines that Li'l Cactus holds the key
to curing Bud. Head home and go upstairs. Li'l Cactus is gone. Go
over to his pot and you'll find a note inside saying that he went
to ask Gaeus for help with Bud's sickness. Go to Luon Highway and
speak with Gaeus. He'll tell you that he sent Li'l Cactus to the
Jungle to speak with Selkie. Go to the Jungle and use the
Flowerling at the entrance to go directly to the Forested Ruins.
Talk to Selkie and she'll tell you that you should talk to
Brownie in Geo. Go to Geo. Brownie is the student standing
outside the classroom. He tells you about the Pirate's Potion
that will cure the illness. He got this potion from David. Now
head for the SS buccaneer and seek out David who is on the lowest
deck. He tells you that he gave the potion to Li'l Cactus and had
the Pelican mail carrier take him home. Go now to the outskirts
of Domina and talk to the Pelican who tells you that Li'l Cactus
is at home in your mailbox. Go home and look in the mailbox(it's
the only time in the game you receive mail, by the way =-) Speak
to Li'l Cactus to end the event(he has the potion to help Bud)
Event Name: Little Sorcerers
Event Locations: Home, Domina
Required Partner: None
Boss: Bud & Lisa
How To Trigger: When you return home one day the pelican
will stop you and complain about a pumpkin infestation
in western Domina.
Here's What To Do: Go to outskirts of Domina and head up
into a little clearing. There will be a lot of pumpkins and two
children there. Talk to Bud and Lisa. They will attack you. Beat
them and they decide not to take over the world(wise choice,
kids....) Bud asks if he can be your apprentice. Regardless of
your response he and Lisa are now permanent residents at your
house.
Event Name: Mana Orchards
Event Locations: Home
Required Partner: None
Boss: None
How To Trigger: Walk to the clearing south-west of your
house and find it over run with Lullabuds.
Here's What To Do: Defeat the lullabuds and an
earthquake will occur. A great tree will rise from the ground and
talk to you. He explains that he can grow fruit for you using
seeds. Talk to him many times to get seeds from him, then give
him some seeds to grow fruit with. Leave and go do other things.
This event is over when you make your first harvest(stand beneath
a full grown fruit or vegetable and press "X"(they
usually have shadows beneath them if they are ripe - don't worry,
if the fruit isn't ready to be picked the tree will tell you so))
Take the item to the wooden bin.
Event Name: Path of the
Blacksmith
Event Locations: Home
Required Partner: None

How To Trigger: You must complete "Watts Drops the
Hammer"
Here's What To Do: After completing "Watts Drops
the Hammer" head home and enter the workshop. As a thank you
for finding his Hammer Watts teaches you to forge weapons. When
he's done lecturing and leaves the event is over.
Event Name: Seven Wisdoms
Event Locations: Home, Luon Highway, Lake Kilma, Jungle,
Underworld, Ulkan Mines(or Lumina), Gato
Required Partner: Bud
Boss: None
How To Trigger: Talk to Bud and offer to take him on a
quest for the six remaining wisdoms.
Here's What To Do: Visit Gaeus on Luon Highway. Visit
Tote the Turtle atop the cliff(where you jump down to fight the
Gorgon's Eye) at Lake Kilma(Note: Having Bud with you during the
"Gorgon's Eye" event will not satisfy this requirement
- you must go back later and speak to Tote on the cliff). Enter
the Jungle and head for the Forested Ruins where Rosiotti sits
atop his throne. Olbohn is in his office in the Underworld.
Pokiehl is in the Ulkan Mines right after they are
"created" and during the Escad/Deana storyline. He is
in Lumina after the Graveyard is created, but before you enter
it. Selva is at the fork in Gato after you have met the other
five wisdoms. After speaking to all six wisdoms return home. Bud
will say some things and the event will be complete.
