How To Trigger: Offer to help the man in the hotel.
Here's What To Do: After offering to help him go out to the little beach and talk to Thoma, a soldier, standing on the cliff. The return to the hotel where you'll run into the "Basket Fish." Follow him inside. On the right side of the lobby is a stairway. It's VERY hard to see, but it's there. Go down the stairs and onto the dock. Talk to Inspector Boyd and tell him about Thoma. Continue south to the restaurant where you'll see Thoma speaking with some Penguins. Watch the conversation then return to the hotel. Leave and you'll see Inspector Boyd speaking with Thoma. After watching this exchange go to the hotel lounge(off to the left) Talk to Thoma and he will make Basket Fish show the Blue Eye which Sandra will promptly sweep in and steal. Afterwards go back to the lobby and talk to the owner who will give you the Pirate's Hook artifact as a reward. This completes the event.

Event Locations: Polpota Harbor, Madora Beach, SS Buccaneer
Required Partner: Elle
Boss: Orc
How To Trigger: This event must be done after "Fairies Light" and "Siren's Song" but before you enter Geo.
Here's What To Do: Go to the restaurant at Polpota Harbor and speak to Gilbert then go to the Lighthouse. As you leave the Lighthouse Gilbert will come and kidnap Elle(if this doesn't happen go talk to Gilbert again and return to the Lighthouse) Go to the SS Buccaneer and speak with Captain Tusk. Fight the Orc and, when you win, the event will be complete.
